My experience at Hendy Land Rover Salisbury could have been better because if you would have sold me a car which is upto standards. You have mentioned the car is approved checked in 160 point etc but the car that was delivered to me had a Tear in the passenger side floor, Driver side Door hinge had issues and the passenger side door had a big paint chip which the sales person said they havent noticed. How can you miss those things if you are doing 160 plus checks on the car in a proper light? as a customer i was shocked to see my floor had a tear and still asking for answers to get it rectified. When a customer buys an approved vehicle he expects a min standard and this has been the worst sale experiecne i had i have been a Long term JLR customer until now. Do you even check the cars you sell ?? or check your emails when customers demand an answer?
I'd suggest Hendy Land Rover Salisbury to a friend because the sales team was helpful and personable, the car excellent and the price good.
